What T.V. Shows Have Your Attention?

I’m up to episode 4 now —. I have had this series in my queue forever.  It is definitely surprising me because this is not what i thought this would be.  It’s really good! Not that i didn’t think it would be, i just it would be good in a different way. A more sweet, gentle way. Sure, some family dynamic tussles were expected, but not all this!

I’ve watched both seasons of Blown Away.  It’s a glass blowing competition. So much talent and creativity. I love to watch people be creative. 

First season, i wasn’t wildly thrilled with the winner. Not who i picked. But this season, i chose my horse in tbe first episode and this person won!!!

I need more edit time!!!!   I do a fast post, my brain fixes it in the read through and when i reread it minutes later (always right past the edit deadline— always) it’s kling-on  — in more ways than one.

....I know it's not competition based, but you've seen me post about Cambridge Glass....at one time, my little town was worldwide famous for it's hand blown elegant art glass and everyday utilitarian pieces.....

Been watching this one, Bordertown, a crme drama from Finland, it's good, well acted, good story lines. Worth a look.

I just finished up the latest season of Fargo. It started kind of slow, but as always, they did an excellent job of bringing several storylines together. I quite enjoyed it. The ending was very satisfying.

Well, it’s feast or famine when it comes to TV viewing.

i am watching season one continuation of Big Sky. Boring episode to kick off second half of season one.

season 2 of snow piercer which wasn’t that great.

season 3 of American Gods which i love. Shadow moon with hair is damn good looking. 

Season 2 of Last Tango in Halifax which i am totally  enjoying,

And a new  sci-fi — Resident Alien, episode  1 which i really liked. Good potential with this one.

Last Tango in Halifax -- season 2, episode 3

I am starting to dislike Celia for how she is.  

And, I am struggling with Gillian.  This is a hard one.  I should be all open-minded that a woman can do exactly what she likes.  I'm disliking her also, for how she is.

I want to label both of these women some very unkind things.  They are two sides of a coin for me.  And I'm struggling with my judgement of them both.  

They are both products of their times.  Just as I am a product of my time.

could someone tell me what board knackers and nash bogs are? What type of people are each?

When i search, i’m not finding a satisfactory definition.  And then i clicked on some porn thing —

I know knackers have something to do with butchers, but it didn’t make sense in the context of the conversation in the episode.

And porn? I didn’t investigate that further. What’s a knacker in porn?  This may be a conversation someone needs to talk to me privately about. 😊

....Knackers are renders.....they help(ed)dispose of animal carcasses-and would use what they could of the dead critter.....
