I'm dying to carve out some time to watch Fletch with Jon Hamm.

I finally saw the great 1995 film HEAT with Pacino and DeNiro (plus a host of other terrific actors). I wanted to watch it before I read HEAT 2 but didn't find time. The diner scene between the two is fantastic.

We watched Elvis last night (on HBO Max). My sister, who's 12 years older, was a big Elvis fan. I don't think she'd enjoy this movie. Tom Hanks is excellent as the master manipulator, a latter-day PT Barnum. It's a tragic story.

Yep - highlight of the movie. There's popular rumors that the two never appeared in the same scene together.

I watched a movie for theHalloween thread called Old People. Netflix. 

It was filmed entirely in Poland. 

I’ve said this many times on this board and I can not stress it enough:
Stay the F out of Poland.
This country and these people have a serious image problem.  Bleak as hell. 

I Recommend the movie.

That’s great to  hear. Every single movie or tv show I watch that is set in Poland  …holy god.  I think they purposely pick the worst things imaginable to show us.
