I'm trying to get the kid a hair appointment before he starts HIGH SCHOOL 😳 next Tuesday. 
And also getting his uniform and books sorted and taking my mum and aunt out this afternoon for birthday coffee and lunch.

Mum... she turned 75 (😳) yesterday.

Took the kiddo for a haircut, also bought new school sandals, lunch bag and drink bottle. We have all of his uniform and books now too.
The kid is officially ready to start high school next week. This makes me feel pretty old. 😳

I start back at work on Friday, and though I prefer to hang out at home with the kiddo, I'm feeling very thankful that we can still do all of these things here right now.

Today I made a hair appointment for myself while we were there, next Wednesday before work I'll be getting a cut and some foils done. I haven't had my hair done in a salon for over 2 years, maybe even 3. 🤔
Sunny would be proud of me... 😄 I told the ladies they were in for a good laugh next week, I've been covid-cutting my hair long before covid came along. 😳

I promise to never complain about night shifts ever again if he can just stay employed. Until he is ready to retire would be great, but at least until we get the last 2 kids graduated from high school. 

I know I am skirting around HT but we are scared.
