How is the hell did they get a horses head in that bed without Woltz waking up? It was heavy, wet, smelly — it would’ve taken a couple guys, the air pressure would’ve changed in that room.  The weight of it and the cold wet blood all over him. Perhaps warm at first depending in how fast that head got there.
