I think he lives in Ohio...  In that case he should be north of the worst. But i'm unsure too about U.S. geography.......

...that is beautiful Irish!...I'm glad old Pat the Hatster is still ticking along...I miss him terribly...yes, I live in Ohio, the only documented one I've seen confirmed here happened in the NW part of the state, while I live in the SE....I grieve for the devastation and loss in Kentucky....
