I love those snaps Flakes. Being so close to the river do you get much rodent activity up near the house? 🤔
We've had the odd rat, they never got past Jake though, haven't seen one for a couple of years. Occasionally we'll get a mouse, he takes care of those too.
...toldja it was a body dump.....

Ouch! Hope it's not too painful now, Kurben.

  • Beautiful morning, but alas.. I have to leave this view and go to work.

  • It's plus 1 C here (that's above freezing for the Fahrenheit folks)

I went Urban Poling today with the girls and we have two more classes to go. Josh is out at the back lane chipping away at the melting ice by the garage.

I missed you guys so decided I would come around to say hello

Just got a brain storm - can I put pickling salt on ice or do I need that special stuff from the hardware store?

  • Neesy I think the regular salt will melt the ice but it will re- freeze, whereas the specialist stuff melts it and prevents it from re-freezing...... mind you I could be completely wrong about that🤔

  • A gorgeous day today. Only 20C (68F) but not a breath of wind so felt much warmer.

😄 It'll be around 30C (86F) at the height of summer, that only lasts a week or two thankfully. We don't have AC, so I'm not fond of it being that hot.

Thanks Irish. ☺ The top snap is one from work.
(we were stopped on the boardwalk talking to the gardener man who greets us there everyday, he let me take a snap of him for our scrapbook so I got one of the beautiful day while I was at it. No walking/no risks... feet firmly planted😁)

Well, yesterday was the day of my friends funeral service and I couldn't go because of work, I was feeling very sad. Maybe she, or someone else came to lend comfort.
