  • I remember vampire lore where if the main vampire got killed, the vampires he created were free and human again. Alive.

For the life of me, I cannot remember where i remember this version from. Movie? Book? TV show?  Does anyone else remember this version of vampirehood?

The only one I can think of where it's mentioned is the Fright Night remake from 2011.

Hmmm. I could’ve sworn it was soMething I saw way earlier, but I did see this movie so this is probably it.   Thank you.
I'm sure I heard something about this too a while back and again recently.  Was there something about it in What We Do in the Shadows?
I was watching a bit of a series a couple weeks ago too, it's a comedy series my partner is watching. They're all vampires... ahhh, can't remember the name. (I'll find it) But I'm sure they said this too. 🤔

Was she saying... "you get a booger, you get a booger, you get a booger, you ALL get a not_nadine booger!"?

  • Bet Oprah loves biscuits.   But not as much as boogers.

They could adhere to this idea too — but i originally heard it many years ago. It well could have been fright night as nb mentioned above. That time  frame fits.

I’ve never been a big Walt Whitman fan.  Doesn’t make me right or wrong — probably just too smart for me.

But, browsing youtube for radio dramas, that big scene from Dead Poet’s Society was recommended to me.  I saw the movie when it came out, i thought it was okay.

But i watched the Oh Captain! My Captain! moment today and got so choked up.

It might be time to read Grapes of Wrath again. Maybe finally I’ve matured?????

god. How I hate those Joads.

I have a coworker who, if she sees someone trying to take snaps of something, will try to get our car into the background... as she waves at them furiously.
Which is fine, until you remember that this is a small frigging town. 😄

    Monochromacy

Monochromacy is rare. People with monochromacy only see shades of gray with no color at all, much like an old black and white movie.
