    Is Prosecco an alcohol? Yes, i could have looked this up, but I’d rather have a conversation about it. 

    Anyone tasted it? Is it good? Is it a wine? Sherry? Whiskey? Beer? White? Rosé? Red?  In what situation would you serve it? Fancy dinner? Hillbilly barbecue? With fish, red meat, cheetos?

    Anyone tasted it? Is it good? Is it a wine? Sherry? Whiskey? Beer? White? Rosé? Red?  In what situation would you serve it? Fancy dinner? Hillbilly barbecue? With fish, red meat, cheetos?
    I only know what I've learned on Wiki just now. Don't think I've ever had it. 🤔
    Basically it's a white wine, can be either still or sparkling.  Is best consumed within 2-5 years of bottling, but a really good or more expensive one can be good up to 7 years.
    It's usually used as an aperitif on its own but can be mixed into other cocktails. 
    It's named after the region it comes from in Italy.

    It sounded yummy, but it was mixed in with blueberries in a drink recipe — so it sounded like a summer punch.

    I've tasted it. Once or twice. Good white wine but since i prefer red to white when i drink wine i seldom drink it. I think it is most often used as a dessert wine to cheese or other small things. Could probably be used just as well to the main dish.
