    ...yes, they generally have from 1-3....this nest has been there about 7 years and is approx 10 feet long and about 8 wide.....they come back every year if the feeding and conditions are good.....these were taken with Tracy's 42x zoom.....it's about 70 or so yards from the road....

    ....not milkweed as I know it, not sure what it is.....it caught Tracy's eye and she snapped away......we are beginning to make plans for cultivating more milkweed than what "volunteers" here....we know the catterpitters love em.....we have just been harvesting leaves as needed when we find the little critters....

    Out here in the prairies we get a type called swamp milkweed - I'm hoping it will spread more this coming fall


    We planted two plants by our fence
    They get the same fluffy seeds but the leaves are narrower
