    Seeing these reminds me how different our countries are, we are so very tiny compared with the U.S.

    ....Tracy is slowly compiling a "before & after" album of our reno, but here my oldest-Seth(GNTSON)is putting finishing touches on the back of the house....porch and underneath used to be a dark stain with brick red paint on the posts....now, the screened porch is screened underneath to eliminate insects from that direction, all black floor and supports and the gray on both sides of the upper screened portion....

    I do not have my kitchen put back together yet, and not looking good for today, either. 😆 Still have outlet/switch covers to put on and a bit of caulking to do. I could do the switch covers but Scott is working so caulking has to wait and so I am trying to keep counters as empty as I can until he gets to that, probably tomorrow. So excuse the mess in these pics of the kitchen redo! 🙃 



    It was a light green before so this seems really fresh to me and I really love it. Changed the blind, it is a weathered gray like the new trim and light fixtures. I think it goes well with the cabinets (which I toyed with painting but I still like the wood look, even though it's not what is "in" right now.) and the new stainless stuff. I am very happy with how the kitchen turned out.

    ...the enclosed porch from the inside....freshly painted floor, all new trim and ceiling paint...replaced two lights with ceiling fans and the one in the middle is a simple new fixture....decorating yet to be done....

    ...yeah, that sign wasn't exactly fitting in with the updated vibe....most of the delivery folk have it figured out by now anyway....
