It has taken several trips around the virtual block in forums before I realized you will almost never change a differing viewpoint.
As you state, life is too short. Now I rarely post and/or engage in dialogues in forums - yours being one of the few exceptions. I state my piece and move on.
I love Twitter because of communication flow control and the quickness at which I can get caught up.
Never been a big Facebook fan.
