Missing Pages/Reprinted Pages

I was just wondering if anyone had gotten a copy of SoS which had missing or reprinted pages. I had gone to the SimonSays.com website, and a couple of people were complaining of that very thing happening to them.

    I've heard of several people via SKEMERs, tdt.net and S&S. One person had a register bound in upside down.
