Not much news. He talked about the Marvel series, his inspiration for Cell, mentioned Lisey's Story. He doubts he'll ever finish The Plant, that there will likely be a Dark Tower movie--though not necessarily in his lifetime--and that there will be a third book in the Talisman/Black House series.
