I got an idea about the Marvel/King/DT thingy
Okay, this will be solved tomorrow, but I really don't think there'll be an exact DT8. BUT - maybe, and just maybe, if the Marvel thing IS DT related, it could be a story about Jericho Hill, the Tet Corporation, or something else of that kind that lots of us felt "cheated" on after finishing DT7 (although I'm one of those who didn't mind not getting everything resolved). But let's just wait and see...
