Sometimes when the magic is rendered apart by blunt reality or a fascimilie of such, we are left with the bones of the matter, however unappetising to the eye.



That's what I felt reading the review, but at the same time, it's a collector's edition as the reviewer said, and it contains the two "linked" 'Salem's Lot stories also.



It's an edition worth having in my book collection
