Confused about release date

    Hi guys!



    We actually received the first copy of ROAD from the printer yesterday so we could send it to our slipcase manufacturer. He needs a real copy to measure so he can make sure the slipcases will be the correct size for a good fit. If he doesn't run into any problems, the book should be out by Halloween or so.



    I meant to take a quick picture of the book yesterday and then totally forgot in the hurry to get it to our slipcase guy ASAP, but I can tell you that the illustrated endpapers and full-color frontis piece (yep, even the Limited has color artwork) and the artwork based signature sheet all turned out better than I had hoped, and the interior design looks great. The fact that the book is oversized in design (10 inches high by 7 inches wide, like our edition of STEPHEN KING UNIVERSE) and slipcased will really make it standout on the bookshelf.



    We know it's been a long wait, but we hope you'll be pleased with the final presentation of the book. Truthfully, we'd rather have it be late and well-made than be on-time and lacking. But we definitely understand any frustration over the delay. We hope you'll find it was worth the wait.

    This book is going to be one of the proudest pieces of my book collection and I'm absolutely sure it will be worth the wait.

    Has the book shipped from Cemetery Dance yet? I've moved since I first placed my order, and I hope they've updated my address... if not, I won't know if they're out until I see it here.

    It hasn't shipped yet. Last I heard they were still waiting on the slipcases.

    I got the newsletter this morning. 2 weeks for Bev's book, December for the SK Unpublished! Exactly what I wanted to know. And I think I managed to change my address successfully last year... it's been so long I was worried whether it got done or not, but I think so.
