Callahan's Classification of Vampires

edited September 2004 in Dark Tower
What's the difference between type one, two, and three vampires? I think I missed something here...

  • Hey, Robert -- welcome aboard. Like your poems. ;)

Type ones are what we think of classical vampires.

Type twos are what were created by Barlow in Salem's Lot.

Type threes do not create other vampires but do spread around disease through blood.
  • thanks! can't wait for the second concordance to come out...

(about the name...wanted something fairly anonymous--this is the Internet, after all--and figured the initials would be good, this being a SK bulletin board ;) I wonder if Robin Furth is her real name? ;) )

Robin's second concordance will be out in November. That is indeed her real name -- I've met her. I make a little funny in ROAD about her initials.

Not only from Barlow but everyone bitten directly from a Type One right?
  • Yes.

At least, as I understand it.
