  • I hope I don't crack up when George Staub appears for the first time on screen. Darn the Scream trilogies... and Eight Legged Freaks too  ;D
  • What is probably the first review for Riding the Bullet has now appeared online:

I also have a scan of a pin used in the movie on my site.

  • RIDING THE BULLET will open in 10 major U.S. cities October 1. See FANGORIA #236, on sale this month, for an exclusive set visit to the film.
  • Lions Gate Entertainment has acquired the North American DVD and video rights to Mick Garris’ Stephen King adaptation. “First, we are releasing theatrically through MPCA on October 8, starting with 10 cities,” Garris tells Fango. Among the BULLET destinations will be LA, Miami and Houston, “and then going out beyond them.”

[King] has already given a thumbs-up to the director on his latest theatrical release. “Stephen King liked the film so much that he’s allowing us to use his name above the title,” Garris says, “so the movie will be going out as STEPHEN KING’S RIDING THE BULLET.”
  • Mick Garris e-mailed me last night to say, "The website for RIDING THE BULLET is finally online, at www.ridingthebulletmovie.com."
  • I checked out the link - cool website!

Can't wait to see the movie!
