  • I always liked the original Creepshow, and The Crate always scared the hell out of me as a kid...that thing was hideous :o (what the poor teacher was married too ;D) - the monster was none too pretty either :o

    lol
  • Nice teeth huh! :o
  • Are we talking about the wife or the monster? cause if it's the wife, I am not sure I paid her that much attention ;) lol

That thing was hideous and it scared me the first time Is aw it, and what was it anyway? I think the Crate came from an Artic Expedition in the 1800s.

  • I think the only women I fancied off Creepshow as a wee laddie, was the one on "Father's Day" who wore the salmon coloured top and had the brunette permed hair...she reminded me of a girl in school in one of my classes. :)

I forget her name, but she was sexy :)
  • Dukky - If I'm not mistaken, it was a Yeti, i.e. the Abominable (SP?) Snowman.

I don't remember the wife either... Hrm...
  • SB, thanks for clearing that up, it would make sense. :)

I believe she was the one married to a rather young Ed Harris.
  • The wife in 'The Crate' is (or used to be) horror staple Adrienne Barbeau. If you are a horror movie fan of yesteryear (pre-1990's) ;) you will see her in quite a lot of the horror movies out then.

  • I believe she was in Swamp Thing once when I watched it one late night, years ago.
  • King's character was so awsome too! darned plants!
  • Adrienne Barbeau was also in "The Fog". I loved Creepshow. King was good as Jordy Verrill (I think that was the name.)
  • Didn't King coin the phrase "Meteor Sh*t" in Creepshow?

    lol, that was funny.
