The finale starts an hour earlier (+spoilers)
STEPHEN KING'S KINGDOM HOSPITAL (ABC) - The Alphabet has rescheduled the show's two-hour finale for Thursday, July 15 at 8:00/7:00c instead of 9:00/8:00c. Here's how ABC's press materials describe the installment: "A séance held by Sally Druse sends Dr. Hook and Peter back to the Old Kingdom. When they finally return with answers to buried secrets of the Gates Falls Mill fire, Mary's trapped spirit is freed and the future of Kingdom Hospital is altered forever. Meanwhile, when a vengeful Dr. Stegman finally catches up with the real Johnny B. Goode (Stephen King) and Antibus, his most terrifying visions of The Old Kingdom are realized, on the two-hour season finale of 'Stephen King's Kingdom Hospital.'"

Nevermind, I see it's all been fixed. I hope you have a great time at NECON!

On this contract we can never catch up so it matters little - I would have liked it to be one day closer to the weekend. However do not want to miss our All Star Team celebration at Hooters tonight!
By the way, we ended up in 2nd place! No state tournament but that's OK as High School Junior Varsity Summer Ball has already started - first game was last night! No rest for the weary I say!
It's been one of those days, and it's barely half over!
Bev, it comforts me greatly to know that even super-organized people like yourself have a "day" once in awhile..

I liked the last episode, although there was a lot of flashback portions that seemed repetitive in nature, although some of them had different little moments. I absolutely LOVED Stephen's cameo, the fact that he was ON tv, and in front of the tv as Johnny B. Goode at the same time. Excellent. I also caught Peter as the artist from the year the mill burned down, that was cool. So Bev, you could be right that he played the Chauffeur as well -- did you ever find out?
All in all, aside from some repetition, especially of the term "Swedenborgian Space" , I liked the finale and am sorry to see it go. Oh, and "hand goes here" is like my favourite quote right now. ;D

Did anyone else notice Sally pronouncing Antibus really weird?
He's out there again today - so I think tonight will be much of the same. I may try and finish up Kingdom Hospital before he gets home. (my DVR caught it)

In the flashbacks of the starting of the mill fire, one of them features "good" Paul with Mary. She says "all pals should know each other's names..".. he replies "I am Anubis (pronounced A-noo-bis)".. she struggles to say it and it comes out "Antubis".... so I think the original name is Anubis and Mary's interpretation is Antubis. *sigh* At least I think so.....

"Wow, cool wall unit" "Why thank you, it's the Swedenborgian model"
I enjoyed the last show....was pretty good I thought and it looks like they left it open in the unlikely event that it was picked up for another season.
The only thing that sort of bothered me was how they menitoned in passing the doctor from the 30's. Perhaps he was supposed to be the subject of the next instalment as he loomed large in the book "The Journals of Eleanor Druse"
I haven't finished it yet, but I'm up to the point where the whole ka-tet is in the Old Kingdom. I agree about the flashbacks--they were overlong, repetitive and mildly confusing, especially the one with Headless Frank. At first I was thinking: What's the deal with that? He got his head back a week or two ago.
The TV cameo is actually a rerun--it was King's cameo from Storm of the Century, except when we saw it then it was much briefer and shown on a busted TV screen.
I haven't gone back to check for about the chauffeur thing. I think I'll just ask Rick Dooling. "Swedenborgian Space" comes from the original Riget and I think it is a legitimate real-world term.
Maybe I'll get to see the last 30 or so minutes tonight.
