    I ordered a numbered edition. Not a bad price for an S/L these days.

    For people who've had trouble placing an order, click REGION in the top right-hand corner and pick USA. The UK site sold out their allotment but (for now) the US still has S/L copies available.

    I would order the S/L version but $18 for shipping is a deal killer. Another reason eBooks are becoming more and more preferable for me.
