Signed Song of Susannah Trades!

edited June 2004 in General news
Hey guys... Just figured I'd give you a heads up on something that I came across. Remember how Bernie Wrightson signed all of the trade editions of Wolves of the Calla that were bought through his website?

Well, although Darrel Anderson (illustrator of "Dark Tower VI: Song of Susannah") won't be selling any trade editions through his website, he has agreed to sign a limited 250 copies of the trade edition! For anyone who's interested in an artist signed copy of "Song of Susannah" and either couldn't afford the Artist Edition from Grant or just weren't able to get their hands on a copy, this would be a great addition to your collection. Even if you already own an artist edition, it would be something nice to have, especially if you already have the Bernie Wrightson signed trade.

Here's a link to an E-Bay auction where one of the books is being sold:

If you're interested in a copy you can either try bidding on it, or, even better, just e-mail the seller (Fred) at
fred@riverlin.com
. All sales of the books will be going through him.

This signing has been sanctioned by Darrel Anderson (of course, he signed them). The books are shrinkwrapped and under the wrap is a beautifully produced insert on high quality rag paper announcing the availability of limited edition Dark Tower VI portfolios and prints that will be made available in July along with a website where you can keep up to date as to their availability! How awesome is that!

If anyone's interested just e-mail Fred and tell him that BigCoffinHunter gave you the heads up :) I already have my copy and it's awesome!

  • I ordered my copy a few minutes ago. Fred said he would begin sending them out Saturday, July 3.

Thanks big big for the heads up!

  • No problem. I just thought that it was cool that there was a way to get a trade edition just like Wolves of the Calla. I can't wait for the portfolios to come out! It's my opinion that the art in SoS is some of the best of the series.
