According to the USA Today review of American Vampire, King is toying with another comic book idea called Afterlife. "It's something I'd like to try," he says. "But then on the other hand, I'd also like to learn how to be a gourmet cook, so who knows?"

....I'd be interested to know if he's still toying with the idea....the team that did Vampire would certainly do a series like this justice, but there are SO many gifted writers, illustrators and colorists out there.....

I listened to this when it first dropped as a podcast, but I watched it here. What a gift. The story and Levar Burton. I would encourage everyone to watch Levar read this.  He’s animated and passionate and he added so much to the story.  Fantastic. I think i’ll be watching it again.
