Who’s got the button?
Got the first draft of my Cemetery Dance column for issue 63 written today. It’s due with the editor next Friday, which gives me lots of time to revise and polish it. Once upon a time, these articles ranged anywhere … Continue reading
This is puzzling
Burn Notice was really good last night. Tense, complex, interesting, funny, violent, intriguing. The bit where Michael had to get the guy to say all the numbers from 0 through 9 was hilarious. Still hot as hell around here these … Continue reading
I got nothin’
It’s a good thing I don’t Twitter. I wouldn’t want to inflict my uneventfulness on any. I can’t think of anything at all to blog about today. I didn’t start any new books, didn’t watch anything on television last night (interesting … Continue reading

I received a royalty check this weekend for On Writing Horror. This is our second dispersement, and thought he checks are paltry, it’s still revenue, so I ain’t complainin’. I also received my contract for my essay in the forthcoming … Continue reading
On Notice
One thing I observed when I was rereading the proof pages for the short story I mentioned in yesterday’s post: I really, really like this story. It was previously published as a chapbook and will appear in anthology form for … Continue reading
